How kharidwise makes money
The short version
We earn a commission when you buy a product through a link on this site. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going to the retailer directly.
Which links earn us money
Any link that takes you to a retailer or brand to buy something. Every one of them is
marked in the page’s HTML with rel="sponsored nofollow", which is the standard
declaration search engines require. You can verify this yourself: right-click any
outbound link and choose “Inspect”.
Links to research, standards documents, manufacturer specifications and news articles earn us nothing.
What the commission does not affect
We rank on fit, not on commission. The finder’s default order puts products that publish more of the numbers you need first, and, if you enter your own numbers, such as a budget, how well each product fits them. Commission is never an input. When a product that pays us less is the better answer for the person asking, we recommend the product that pays us less. Where two options are genuinely close and one pays more, we say so on the page.
We have no paid placements. No brand has paid us to be recommended, and no brand can. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the affected pages will say so explicitly.
Who we work with

search links on the finders (the “Want to see more” search and the “Also for your …”
links) are tagged with that ID, and each is labelled as an Amazon search, not as a
recommendation — the products they show have not been checked by us.
Every store button on the finders (“View on Flipkart”, “See price on Amazon”, “See price on
Pepperfry”) is an affiliate link, so every product listed there can earn us a commission if you buy it. Amazon
buttons use our Amazon Associates ID; Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO buttons go through EarnKaro; Pepperfry, Tata CLiQ, Shopsy, Kindlife, Nykaa and some AJIO and Flipkart
buttons go through Cuelinks. Every link
that earns us something carries rel="sponsored nofollow". When another network approves
us, it will be named here — and only then. We will not name a network we do not
actually have a relationship with.
What happens when you click
Clicking a monetised link takes you to the retailer’s own site. The retailer, or the affiliate network they use, records that the visit came from us — usually with a cookie set on their domain. That record is how we get paid.
We do not control those cookies and we cannot see them. See Privacy for what we can and cannot see.
Prices
We show no Amazon prices. Amazon does not allow prices to be copied onto a site by hand, so every Amazon product here links to Amazon for the current price and nothing else.
For some Flipkart products we show the price we read on a stated date. Prices in Indian retail change weekly, so treat any price here as a guide and confirm it at the retailer before you buy. We never show a “was” price, a discount or a “% off” figure.
What we will never do
- No countdown timers, fake stock warnings or invented urgency
- No “best in India”, “#1” or “cheapest” claims we cannot substantiate
- No links routed through our own domain to hide where they go
- No recommending a product we would not use ourselves
